How to delete your Tinibuds account
At Tinibuds, we respect your privacy. Providing tools and features to delete user data is part of our app development policy, in compliance with Google and Apple regulations.
If you wish to delete your Tinibuds account and personal information, please follow these steps:
Step 1: From the app’s home screen, tap the “Parents” button to enter the Parents’ Space.
Step 2: In the Parents’ Space, locate the “Information” tab.
Step 3: Tap the “Delete Account” button.
Step 4: A confirmation window will pop up. Here, you will need to enter the displayed number sequence for verification. Please enter this sequence correctly for the “Delete Account” button to become active.
Step 5: After entering the correct number sequence, tap the “Delete Account” button.
Please note:
- Your account and personal information will be permanently deleted from the Tinibuds system.
- This action cannot be undone. Please consider carefully before proceeding.

Hướng dẫn xóa thông tin người dùng trên ứng dụng Tinibuds
Tinibuds luôn tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Việc cung cấp công cụ, tính năng xóa thông tin người dùng là một phần trong chính sách phát triển ứng dụng của chúng tôi, tuân thủ theo quy định của Google và Apple.
Nếu bạn muốn xóa tài khoản và thông tin cá nhân trên Tinibuds, vui lòng làm theo các bước sau:
Bước 1: Từ màn hình chính của ứng dụng, bấm vào nút “Bố mẹ” (hoặc “Parents”).
Bước 2: Trong không màn hình dành cho bố mẹ, tìm đến tab “Thông tin” (hoặc “Information”).
Bước 3: Bấm vào nút “Xóa tài khoản” (hoặc “Delete account”).
Bước 4: Một cửa sổ xác nhận sẽ hiện ra. Tại đây, bạn cần điền chuỗi số được hiển thị để xác minh. Vui lòng điền chính xác chuỗi số này thì nút “Xóa tài khoản” mới có thể tương tác được.
Bước 5: Sau khi đã điền đúng chuỗi số, bấm nút “Xóa tài khoản” (hoặc“Delete account”).
Lưu ý:
- Tài khoản và thông tin cá nhân của bạn sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống Tinibuds.
- Thao tác này không thể hoàn tác. Vui lòng cân nhắc kỹ trước khi thực hiện.
Nếu bạn gặp bất kỳ khó khăn nào trong quá trình xóa tài khoản, vui lòng liên hệ với bộ phận hỗ trợ của Tinibuds để được hỗ trợ.
